Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Hallmark Fuel website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

Services

Hallmark Fuel Ltd. provides mobile fuel delivery, bulk fuel supply, and related services across Canada. Service availability, pricing, minimum order volumes, and response times vary by location. All services are subject to a formal service agreement between Hallmark Fuel and the customer.

Quotes and Pricing

Prices quoted via our website contact form or phone are estimates based on current market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed in a written service agreement. Fuel prices are subject to market fluctuation. Hallmark Fuel reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice to account for significant changes in fuel rack prices, transportation costs, or regulatory requirements.

Safety and Site Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe site access for Hallmark Fuel delivery vehicles and operators. This includes adequate road access, ground bearing capacity, and compliance with applicable site safety rules. Hallmark Fuel operators have the right to refuse delivery if site conditions are deemed unsafe, with no penalty to either party.

Limitation of Liability

Hallmark Fuel' liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the value of the services provided in the transaction giving rise to the claim. Hallmark Fuel is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
